About the Department

The Department of Chemistry is located on the Ground floor of the Science building of Ranaghat College and started its journey with offering General and Honours degree course in 1975 and 1990 respectively. The department of chemistry is well known for its excellence in teaching and research. A good number of books and journals relating to Chemistry are available for the students in our Central Library and the Departmental Library.
